I prefer to reserve Sundays for planning, resting, family, and football (not necessarily in that order). Today, however, I got a little excited about some upcoming articles I have been working on. The winter, for the landscape industry, is a great time to assess the previous year and plan for the year to come. So here is your Sunday “heads up” to remind you to tune in this week.
I have a couple of tips for marketing your company without breaking the bank. It’s more about finding the right customers and creatively getting them to market your company for you. It is also important to remember to design marketing strategies that focus on growth and not just marketing for the “sale”. That is, design sustainable growth/sales goals and the systems to achieve them otherwise you may wind up spinning your wheels for a couple of short-lived dollars.
